I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, please contact us within 2-3 hours.

Unfortunately, we are unable to give the exact timing as there might be delivery delays.

No, we do not provide e-invoice. However, you may contact us at promo@evergreen.com.sg if required.

How do I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via confirmation email.

Orders will be processed and delivered as soon as possible. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery for orders will take 3 to 7 working days. Pls see our [Shipping Policy] for more.

Returns & Refunds

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at promo@evergreen.com.sg with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our [Return Policy] for more.
